Arbeitsatmosphäre
Already before the first day of my internship, my goals were very well-explained and I got a lot of freedom and ownership on the way I wanted to tackle my projects, which gave me the feeling of being trusted in the way I work.
Kommunikation
Most communication is being done via Slack and every month, one meeting with all colleagues is being held for all updates. All employees are very open to questions and having a meeting with you.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I did not get to know all colleagues, since not everyone would come to the office. The colleagues I got to know are very smart and talk proudly about the work they are doing.

At the beginning of my internship, my set OKRs were realistic and a good fit to me. I got weekly feedback on how I was doing, but was also free to give feedback and ask all the questions I had myself.
Interessante Aufgaben
Very interesting project tailored to my expertise, interests and skills. The company was also open to my suggestions.
Gleichberechtigung
Although the man-woman ratio was 75%/25%, I did not get a feeling of being treated differently as a woman in comparison to the men working at the company.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As being still a student myself, I felt completely respected and being taken serious.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Discussion, conversations and/or trainings on personal and professional development could be done more. Overall, there has been always room to get and give feedback.
