No respect for elderly collegues. But everyone says he/she has respect.

Really bad. The boss is always complaining about ex-collegues how bad they have been and what bad work they have done.
But he is always only at the phone bad, if you get the rare chance to meet him in person he is nothing quite like that and more shy and fearful.
