A fantastic work-life balance, a platform with real added value, really good salary (I would even say above the industry average), lots of events and benefits for employees, a fair annual performance review with good chances for salary increases as well as personal development.
I don't find anything really bad about the employer itself, as every company struggles with its own challenges, so you have to be realistic. From a sales perspective, closing deals is a challenge because part of the platform consists of commodity products, but the really exciting part has not yet reached the minds of the enterprises. This means that a lot of enablement is necessary. However, anyone who successfully closes deals here is an absolute top performer. Yext has an incredibly strong team at the start!
Changes in the company should be communicated a little earlier. This would lead to less irritation and wrong conclusions.

Ich finde, teilweise sollte man härter gegen competitors oder copy cats vorgehen, die im Markt Falschbehauptungen aufstellen.
Gutes Unternehmen, klasse Produkt, tolle Firmenkultur, herausfordernd und anspruchsvoll, aber in positiver Hinsicht. Das beste Unternehmen, für das ich bisher gearbeitet habe!
