Opportunities to growth, Atmosphere, open discussions. I have never enjoyed working with someone as much as I did with the CFO, the CEO and the team lead of Adops (specially this last one).
They sold the companny and moved away. The other bosses were different.
It was a pity that they sold the company to people who had a different mindset. Everything finished afterwards.
I have never seen a company offering so many possibilities and trust for developing their employees. As soon as you could break their skeptism, they always trusted on me and supported me even in the moments where everything was breaking.
I wish I could have bosses like them in all companies.

Afops team lead and CEO were great. Sometimes they were too direct in the communication but I have never met bosses that empowered me so much as them.
CFO was also an extremely helpful person.
As long as you work and you explained your needs to the Team Lead of Adops and the CEO, everything was perfect.
