Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Work/Life balance, birthday leave, goals oriented, fully remote (my team and department).
There are many areas in the company for one to thrive and show their value and everyone is very helpful when additional knowledge about specific processes and/or domains is needed.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Unfortunately there were no opportunities so far for team events.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Having the birthday leave benefit across all regions would be a nice perk.
Maybe better support on working conditions for remote workers even though I know that management is already working on it so thank you!
