Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist durchweg sehr angenehm. Das Großraumbüro und die offene Kommunikation tragen gut dazu bei!
Die Mitarbeiter sind hier sehr offen und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Durch regelmäßige Meetings bleibt man zudem immer auf dem neusten Stand.
Die Zusammenarbeit läuft so gut wie immer einwandfrei. Gemeinsame Essen, Events und andere Tätigkeiten sorgen für ein ausgeprägtes Teamgefühl.
Die Arbeitszeiten sind vollkommen im Rahmen. Es kann sein, dass man selten mal länger bleiben muss. Allerdings gleicht sich das an anderen Tagen wieder aus :)
Feedback ist immer nachvollziehbar, sodass die Zusammenarbeit insgesamt sehr angenehm ist. Klar gibt es auch mal Kritikpunkte. Dafür wird man wiederum bei guter Arbeit gern gelobt ;)
