Aufgrund der lockeren Arbeitszeit Regelungen sehr angenehm.
Oft werden Dinge entschieden die im Vorfeld schon für nicht gut befunden wurden. Die Management Ebene entscheidet oft fundamentale Dinge ohne das Fachliche Wissen dafür zu haben.
Es wird sich oft gegen Neuerungen gewehrt. Oft wird etwas zuerst als gut befunden, jedoch später doch anders gelebt oder entschieden. Somit bleiben die Aufgaben immer gleich.
