You really get the feeling that it's results that matter here - not when/where you do them. This is something that I really like as it makes it easier to balance life with work.

Everyone in the team seems engaged and eager to learn. I haven't been at the company long enough to speak about the career possibilities, though.

Since the team is remote, each week a survey goes out with questions about what we did on the weekend to keep us connected. As someone who is just starting out, everyone has taken time to connect via video call and has been really welcoming.
