Entwicklung der Organisation in allen Bereichen; Trennung der Verantwortlichkeiten, Delegation von Verantwortung und eigenständiges Arbeiten
Working atmosphere
im Team mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen sehr gut, im Verhältnis zu Chef und Chefin vulgo Vorstände und GF in Personalunion ziemlich katastrophal
Collegiality
Die meisten Kollegen sehr engagiert und dann frustriert wegen der rigiden Politik seitens des Vorstands, die wichtige Themen schlicht ignorierten

Zwischen den Kolleginnen gut, zwischen der hier dominaten Vertretung der Minderheit und dem Team schlecht
Interesting tasks
Es gäbe mehr als genug Aufgaben im Bereich Bildung, europäische Dimension, soziale Entwicklung,usw usw. aber seitens der Verantwortlichen keinerlei Interesse an der Entwicklung der Organisation
