What I like about the employer

- no long communication ways or crazy bureaucracy

What I dislike about the employer
- no stove/ oven in the office
- sometimes the last-minute changes regarding meetings (start-up issue everywhere)
Suggestions for improvement
- stay communicative as you are already
- keep in mind that the new employees still must learn how the land lies
Working atmosphere
the office is a bit old-school, but we have everything we need (except the stove)
