A bit more appreciation and recognition from C-Level would be great. Other than that, the company treating everybody fair and square, the open door policy is a big plus in my books.
Kommunikation
The communication from C-Level down to the teams is lacking a bit sometimes, but other than that, nothing to complain. A lot of 'department-walls' were taken down successfully, leading to a good communication environment.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
No disrespectful behaviour or bullying experienced. Colleagues are always approachable and kind. I've seen a lot of friendships been forged here.
Work-Life-Balance
Picking up kids from kita or going to a doctor within working hours is not a problem. Just get the OK from the team upfront.
Though overtime is necessary sometimes, crunchtimes are very seldom.

Interessante Aufgaben
Due to the startup mentality, it never gets boring. No interesting task at hand? Find one, show it to your superiors for transparency, a viability check and profitability and go for it!

You need more RAM? You get more RAM.
We also have an AC and three kitchens.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
A bit under the the current default, but I cannot complain.

We need more documentation on this. Many people just don't know how to climb the ladder at Z1.
