Communication within my team was good. We had daily team meetings. Still, the communication between departments could be improved.

I personally learned a lot during my time at Zertificon. I supported a wide variety of tasks which made the day-to-day quite dynamic. I appreciated the space I was given to develop new skills.

During my time at the company, I have personally seen diversity and equality be celebrated and ensured by leaders in different areas of the organization. Definitely one of the main points I enjoyed in the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is nice and comfortable to work in. The tech equipment (incl. laptop, headset, extra monitor for home office) I have received was new and worked perfectly. Everything I needed in terms of tools was provided.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I was happy with my salary and believe it was very fair considering my level of experience. I wish there were more benefits, especially related to sports and mental health.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
A clear career plan was not yet in place when I worked at Zertificon. Still, career development opportunities still seemed possible to me (if you deliver good results and demonstrate eagerness to grow, you will be able to).
