As listed above: there's zero work culture, zero team spirit, no clear strategy therefore work often just feels waste of time, horrible low-balling people when it comes to salaries, it's just overall a baf workplace from almost all aspects possible

There's nothing good I can say. It's cold, unfriendly, no workplace culture, no events, nothing to feel good about at all

Work-Life-Balance
The only reason why anyone still works here: the basically unlimited home office option. On paper everyone should have gone to office at least 1x a week but most people don't give a damn and no one really cares. This was the only reason for staying for many people there with kids.
Gehalt/Benefits
REALLY, REALLY BAD. Prepare to be low-balled and then refused any sort of salary increase later on, because "the company can't afford it"

Interessante Aufgaben
Getting tasks and projects that require months of work only for getting thrown in the trash later and deciding on doing something else instead. Boring and never felt like doing anything actually useful
