Arbeitsatmosphäre
depends on the area. generally no team spirit in the company. teams mainly fight for themselves. a reality perspective is not really tolerated. show where improvement is needed and you are in danger to be put on a black list. no strategy (apart from preteding), nobody realy knows what the other is doing. good work and ideas are being jeopardized from upside down

well a proper communication would require a certain level of professionality and knowledge about whats really going on in the company. havent observed that here. only lots of advertising stuff and marketing campaigns

again depends on the area but in generall good. good cooperation between teams however happens to get jeopardized by upper management

good in my case, others dont know what to do first

some are good but the upper management mainly impresses by a lack of leadership competence, a lack of expertise, having no plan at all but being quite talented in showing of and preteding. trying to get rid of "unconvenient" people is being accepted. many people have left already

open-plan offices mainly. you cant concentrate well when there are too many people in the office. the only good is that home-office is allowed (especially now with Corona)

not competitive on the market and not really known, especialy not in the main market germany. inside the company poor reputation unfortunately. would require some measurements

too many head-offs. feels like there are more head-offs than employees. havent observed any chance to grow there.
