Gehalt/Benefits
This low pay might as well be illegal. There's no collective bargaining agreement (which is common in Austria), so employees receive whatever salary the company wants, and the annual adjustments are below average. It's also commonly claimed that these annual adjustments benefit low-income earners, which turns out to be a blatant lie.
