Hi! Thanks for your positive review. And yes, we agree: higher wages and bigger offices is what everybody wants. We are in with you on that one. Joke aside we strongly believe that we offer a very fair compensation and benefits package at Accenture. Wages are constantly monitored and benchmarked against those of similar companies. We can assure you that we are doing comparatively well - considering all aspacts of the compensation scheme. We are a bit concerned about your three star review on equality. Accenture is a place where diversity and equality are put among the highest on the corporate agenda. In fact, Accenture has set bold goals to achieve a gender-balanced workforce by 2025. This means a workforce that is equally 50 percent women and 50 percent men. Please get in touch and let us know what you would need to see happening to get higher scores in this particular field.
