Perfect Internship
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The free canteen is really good, there is always a vegetarian option and everything is fresh. The Front Office Team are amazing and I will really miss everyone. From the first interview to my exit interview, everyone was lovely and kind. I am glad I chose Almanac Vienna for my internship.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The staff elevator is a little slow. Also, when it's hot in the hotel the stairwells are not airconditioned which makes going up the stairs a real ordeal in summer. It is an old building with some quirks.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The website. Perhaps the uniform but that is my personal opinion, I would just prefer to wear skirts or dresses rather than pants.

Both of my Supervisors were very kind, professional and always available to help.
Spaßfaktor
We had a lot of fun most of the time. Of course, there are also moments when things get really busy and you have to stay focused, but I guess that’s part of every workplace.
Aufgaben/Tätigkeiten
As expected. I had some previous knowledge so the tasks were fairly familiar to me.
Variation
In the beginning everything was exciting but after a while the tasks get a little repetitive. If I would have stayed longer, I would have asked to receive a bit more responsibility.
Respekt
A diverse team that respects each other. Inter-departmental respect is also good, staff seems to all get along which is nice to see.
Karrierechancen
If I would have stayed in Vienna there would have been opportunities for me.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Usually very good. Everyone greets in the corridors and the willingness to help colleagues out is high. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and not too formal. We can say "Du" to everyone.
Ausbildungsvergütung
In Austria it is not even that bad, but as an Intern it will never be great.
Arbeitszeiten
Schedule was usually posted one month ahead of time which was greatly appreciated. And even for last minute requests it was always possible.
