Better "base" salary. (this can always be better); HomeOffice as a free choice.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There is a hierarchy, but it is almost non-existent in the old way. Everyone works on a friendly basis and those more experienced are ready to help and support the younger generations.

Regular communications from the HR and the C-Level.
Work-Life-Balance
Ah, you are literally able to organise your work as much as you need and want (of course, as long as you are not hindering the daily work, the team and the customers). I mean, if you are looking for more, then maybe people should consider becoming artists or something like that.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product might seem boring, but if you try and find your purpose and realise that by working on the product every day, you influence millions of people, the work becomes interesting and challenging.
Gleichberechtigung
Definitely. I have had colleges earning more then I do for almost the same kind of work. Race, ethnicity, religion etc. have never been mentioned and do not influence anything within the company.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
From what I saw (I am a younger generation), there have not been problems with the older colleagues, and I think they appreciate the work here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Everyone gets what they need for work and if you need something special, you can always find someone who can get it for you :D
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is so-so. In comparison to other companies, the salary is a bit lower, but other benefits are there. Sodexo (4,4 EUR per working day), free massage once a month, parking, trainings, team events (budget per team), Christmas present, Bonus once a year..

No-one really knows about the company anymore. Too many rebrandings in the last couple of years. First Infonova, then BearingPoint, then Beyond by BearingPoint, now Beyond Now.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career planning was very nice when I was at the company. You could count on getting promoted as the time went by. All you have to do is show your advancement and motivation for taking over the responsibility. If you are trustworthy, and someone motivated and ambitious enough, you can get what you want (of course not immediately, but...)
