Pleasant but very static
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat bis 2025 im Bereich IT bei Beyond Now in Graz gearbeitet.
Kommunikation
Decisions often come random and unexpected, far too much (often useless) marketing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Many very experienced colleagues with whom you can work effectively.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexitime is implemented very well so it is easy to find time for life.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The previous flat-ish organization was recently changed to a much more hierarchical one, which isn't really working out.
Interessante Aufgaben
At the beginning, absolutely, but after a while it gets less interesting.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Recently moved to new office, so it's clean and shiny, however is is an open office.
Gehalt/Benefits
I didn't feel paid enough for the work I did.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
