Neue Mitarbeiter bekommen wesentlich mehr Gehalt. Anpassung erfolgt nicht. Verantwortung wird nicht wirklich belohnt.
Work-life balance.
- Unhealthy culture of favouritism
- Too much workload for really underwhelming incentives and bonuses
- No job security - regular layoffs
- No real employee development/growth program
- No women among C-level managers
- No real growth in earnings even when you get a promotion (max +5% if you're lucky, in most cases there is no salary increase atm)
C-level and CEO shouldn't micromanager and control every little thing - I have never in my life seen such level of involvement of top management in every Slack channel.
Honestly, I believe in the current situation the only improvement for the company would be the exit, as the top management is clearly not going away, and the core of all problems lies there.
I should probably start by stating that all positive reviews on both kununu and Glassdoor are written by new joiners during their first week at the company when they are certainly still in the honeymoon phase with their new job, and this is an obligatory task in everyone's onboarding.
It used to be good and fun to come to work, and you could actually feel the sense of belonging, but lately everyone is just doing the bare minimum to meet the expectations. There are certain "friends groups" that if you're not part of, then you won't get invited to lunch or joint activities outside of working hours. There is certainly favouritism present in the company where certain people do the bare minimum but are active in front of the management and get promotions for that, while those who work their asses off don't get one in 3-4 years just because they are quietly doing their job. If you are an individual contributor, don't expect much help from your team, as only questions from C- and VP-level people get quick answers.
The PR/Marketing team do a great job on that front, no doubt in that.
Probably the only great thing about this company is that you can adjust your working schedule and hours however you like, provided that you have an adequate manager and you get the job done in timely manner. Some people clearly abuse this by going offline throughout the day and not responding for hours.
See the points above.
Way below the market average. Moreover, the yearly salary adjustments in line with IT-Kollektivvertrag only get granted to a certain number of employees, and there are cases where managers get the respective salary raises while the individual contributors, who clearly earn on average 50% less, don't. You tell me how much of equality this is :)
The current sentiment in the team is that employee development, growth and happiness is not really the management's priority. While the headcount keeps getting smaller and smaller, the remaining people obviously get more and more work on their shoulders combined with unrealistic expectations to deliver features and integrations under immense amount of pressure from the C-level.
Communication is very non-transparent, people get laid off regularly and this is presented as a "mutual" decision of both parties, but in reality everyone understands that the company is in a weak financial situation and has to cut costs by firing people. Regular employee satisfaction surveys get distributed but the feedback provided in the surveys never gets actioned, so this is all very superficial attempts to show some efforts.

Das man seinen arbeitsplan selbst erstellen kann und seine freiheiten hat
Teilweise läuft manches nicht so wie es sollte
Doe strukturierung der arbeitsaufteilunc besser zu gestalten
My hiring process was very fast. Everything was communicated well and the process is clearly defined. Definitely worth a recommendation!
All-In contracts and no flexdays allowed
New career path schema introduced to help one grow and improving skills
Onboarding is great, as there are tons of helpful and open-minded colleagues. Sure, it is a lot as there are many tools, departments and processes involved in daily business. But you will get help to guide your first steps.
The culture seems really transparent and inclusive. Feedback is welcome and questions will be answered openly.
Great team spirit!
More home office and a more nomad-friendly policy
The company is well known and reputable in Austria and abroad.
For some reason the Operations team does not operate all infra. So in some teams you have to jump in and fix stuff on evenings or weekends. (Or your manager will jump in and fix stuff)
They send you to conferences, which is great.
However, they do not have weekly / biweekly presentations.
However, they do have hackathons :)
They are burning money, so wohoo :)
I don't tink that is a topic there.
Great onboarding and helpful coworkers.
I'm not sure about older collegues.
Open, regular conversations about feedback and future goals. Nice.
Great equipment. Lots of drinks and snacks.
Regular all-hands meetings, communicating the leadership's goals and recent successes in departments across the whole business.
Women might have to get used to some jokes in the office.
Also, I wouldn't know of any female leadership role there.
Every day is a new day with new fires to extinguish and itches to scratch :-)
Weiterbildung ist ein riesiges Thema, jeder Mitarbeiter bildet sich technisch in alle Richtungen weiter, die er/sie spannend findet.
Really Amazing team, HR Team is Very Mature and Professional. They always keep trying to bring new ideas to the table.
flexible work life. no micromanage. You have all freedom and space to take initiatives and deliver.
very professional and exereinced.
very strong.
time to time lot of training, and courses to improve your knowledge.
- schlechtes Management in der Sales Abteilung (vor allem mid-to high Level Management)
- kein Training und kann einem auch niemand geben
- sehr schlecht bezahlt
- unstrukturiert
- repetitive Aufgaben ohne Sinn und Zweck
So verdient kununu Geld.
