Nothing, it was the worst job I’ve ever had in my life

Their absolute disrespect to employees’ life and well-being. Their timeline is always “yesterday.” They set random deadlines for projects just to push people to their limit and they don’t even hide it. A lot of people suffered terrible mental breakdowns including me. One of my colleagues stopped sleeping and eating because of the stress, another became incapacitated in a very dramatic way, some took a long sick leave for mental health.

There should be a serious change in leadership for the company to finally change. Given how and by whom it was built, I don’t believe it can change

Even if you get a promotion, you’re either not given a raise at all or it’s like 5 more euros a month

Absolutely laughable. The CEO tells content designers how to write copy. They restructure the company every 3 months or so and fire people for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
