Everything was already mentioned. You can't trust them at all. No job security as you can get laid off anytime, not matter how long you have been with the company (3-5 years or longer). They even laid off people, who are pregnant, sick or moved to Vienna with their whole family for their, which is just ridiculous.

Don't make any promises you can't keep -> saying that you were NOT laying off any employees in the near future
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Toxic working environment. Expecting people to work 24/7 with no exceptions. Even if you are sick (having cancer treatment etc), you are expected to work and deliver. C-levels asks you to do some extra work during the weekend for no extra pay or any benefits.
Kommunikation
One week they (someone from upper management) say they are have enough liquidity and don't plan on laying off staff in the near future. A few weeks later 300-400 employee were laid off.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues were always nice and supportive. They treated you like a human being compared to those C-levels, who are only looking out for themselves and get more money to enjoy and flex with their expensive lifestyle.
Work-Life-Balance
You are expected to be available 24/7.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Teamleads always tried their best to support us but in the end, the upper management aka c-levels has the last word about every single decision.
Interessante Aufgaben
Interesting in the beginning but without the option to change departments, it gets boring very quickly
Gleichberechtigung
People who are friends with the upper management always get their promotions and pay raises. If you are not one of them, don't expect to get a promotion or a pay raise at all.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I have never seen any old employees in the company

Under market average, you will ALWAYS earn way more outside of Bitpanda and they will always try to lowball you with their offer
