There were many nice people working there - culture was great. The only thing good about bitpanda actually.

Interessante Aufgaben
Some were very interesting, but the approval process killed many good ideas. No real strategy whatsoever. Strategy was the favorite word at bitpanda, but they don’t know what does it mean.

The salaries were not really good, especially for those that started years ago. Very difficult to get a pay rise.
