Low pay, hiring people that don’t have a clue about leadership.. really bad managers, I only had one good and he was fired with the first series of layoffs…

Some were great, some were utterly horrible. Mostly my team was great and everyone else would think you are working FOR them, as their own servant

The old office was okayish, the new one was really nice

I don’t know what to tell you - new employees got double than the old ones, they just wouldn’t give you a pay rise and they want you to be available all the time. Needless to say that there was no transparency and people felt insecure to talk about this…
