Not given at all. Overtime is normal, when you already work 6 days a week, the way they schedule the shifts is so shabby, they schedule your 8 hours within 9 or 10 hours with an hour of a break...

No team! People are either becoming very bad people working for too long there or are already bad people. No help between the departements.

Very unprofessional. Especially the front desk manager is not capable of her job and moody all the time. This woman needs to get some help asap.

NOT existing. The "bosses" can't communicate, that's why the communication of the whole company is none existent.
