Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Bwin.party/GVC is still a good employer in Vienna. The company may offer interesting experiences on how it is to work in a (meanwhile) big, international environment. People are treated fair. The office is still stunning. As long as one doesn't want to change things or have an actual impact with one's work, it's a solid place to work at.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Motivation is often killed by unclear and irreproducible management decisions. Radius of influence very small. No innovation at this point.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
One of the coolest offices in Vienna, great terraces with stunning views over the city, lots of lounges and nice public areas. Great colleagues.
Kommunikation
Updates from the C-level are coming through, but the overall new stlye is nonpersonal and cold.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Intransparent decisions and unclear (not existing) priorities are a daily mistery. Left does not seem to know what right does. Either there really is no plan - or they simply fail to communicate & bring it to life.
Interessante Aufgaben
At this point, bwin.party/GVC has obviously a different focus than innovation or the next cool feature. Hopefully they will come back to more interesting topics after the company merge is through.
