Unfortunately, the hiring process at this company, appears to be poorly managed. One of the interviewers displayed an unprofessional and hostile attitude, making it evident within the first minute that the candidate would be rejected, regardless of qualifications.

The behaviour was unnecessarily aggressive, arrogant, and lacked basic courtesy.

It’s unclear how the company vets its interviewers, but such conduct should be identified and addressed. This kind of approach not only reflects poorly on the organisation but also undermines the integrity of the recruitment process.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or consider alternative opportunities.

Maybe, an HR should be present during the 2nd stage of interviews.

I’ve had three disappointing experiences with the recruitment process.

The first was through a private agency that contacted me but never followed up — I received no response at all.

The second involved a recruiter from London. We had a fairly long interview, but I never heard back afterward, despite the promising conversation and time invested.

The third was the most frustrating. I received an automatic rejection email a week before my scheduled interview — even though it had already been confirmed. To make matters worse, the interview was later canceled just one hour before it was due to begin, with only a brief message saying the position had been filled.

Overall, the process felt very unprofessional, with poor communication and a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.

The technical interview was quite professional. But compared to other interviews I've attended, I feel like they only care about your skills, not your growing talents and problem solving. Also, you don't see the passion of the hiring manager when they present what they are doing.

Fast vier Stunden lang hat es gedauert, zum Trinken gab es nichts. Hauptinterviewpartner sehr professionell, zweiter Teilnehmer noch sehr jung und musste sich profilieren, was sehr unangenehm ankommt.
