Such a great culture. There are always events that are going on for those that feel comfortable during corona times, but they are still being responsible and everything is 3G. The people are great and very open and friendly. if you have an idea you can always bring it up and talk about it.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working time and home office make this great! as a mom with 2 kids it has been super important to have flexible working time to work around my kids schedule so that I can be home with them in the afternoons. As long as the work is done, then they are super flexible. Also for people who are from abroad and need to go home for a while. Very flexible and open.
