There is a bleak atmosphere in the workplace, especially since many people have quit over the past few months. From conversations with colleagues, there also doesn’t seem to be any sign that the resignations will stop

The best aspect of this company. Great home office possibilites and flexible working hours

There is none. You hear empty promises, and yearly compensations are praised as good when they are not.

Depends on your role. You will hear from people who get the legal minimum.

Colleagues are great, always ready to help. Even between departments

The software lead doesnt seem to understand that a lot of the negative comments are aimed at him
