It´s getting awful

Everybody in engineering, and also some other departments, is looking for jobs outside. Managers don’t care, HR and Betriebsrat also not care. Since two engineering team leads and the HR director left, it goes down very fast. The guy was like site manager, he had things under control.

This was the place everybody wanted to work not a long time ago. But when important people like the ones above leave, it becomes very critical, everything can fall apart quickly.

Since the guys mentioned above left, nobody really cares and it feels like also managers just do whatever they want. The company depended a lot on some high impact people, and with them gone nobody has control anymore and also theres no trust.

We´re getting pressure to comment positively on kununu and appreciate what we have.

getting worse as well since more stuff goes to india. With the next layoffs I think engineering in europe will be hitted hard
