Staff depatures have been noticeable for a while, and replacements are often made only after a significant delay, which increase workloads within the team.

Processes in software deveplopment could benefit from updates, as current methods feel outdated and frequent interruptions make it difficult to maintain focus. Additionally, there have been several rounds of global cost-saving measures and layoffs. While the Radstadt location has just a bit been impacted so far, there is occasionally a sense of uncertainty about long-term stability.

Work-Life-Balance

Vacation can generally be taken quite flexibly, which is a real advantage. If issues arise during holidays or weekends our colleagues are very supportive and usually handle these situations on a voluntary basis, which helps keep the atmosphere positive. Overtime is more common than underutilization, but overall, the company shows consideration for employees with families, and personal needs are usually respected.

The office building and facilities are excellent, providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment. The equipment used could be improved in some areas, but overall the workplace is well-equipped and functional.

Kommunikation

Communication between teams generally works well, and day-to-day collaboration is effective. However, communication toward higher management is a significant weakness. It often creates the impression that critical issues are not being addressed or that feedback from employees does not reach decision-makers.

While global meetings are held to present company figures, these sessions tend to highlight only positive aspects, leaving little room for actual state and our challenges.

Equality between men and women is well respected, and there is no noticeable difference in how employees are treated. In terms of compensation, it is difficult to make a clear statement.
