A nice place to work at!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very nice. The lack of micromanagement is good for productivity, and good for when you do need to get a coffee because yours has run out.
Kommunikation
The company uses a self-hosted Rocket.Chat instance to communicate internally, with all employees being registered. No (or at least very close to none) tedious email. The language to be used in most chats will be English.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Sometimes (and naturally), people tend to disagree over details in tech stacks that should be applied to projects (because that still is a bit of a subjective matter). Other than that, people usually will try to help you if you are stuck with something, and there is a possibility to do pair-programming sessions with colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
As a, from a legal point of view, underage intern, I didn't get to profit from this, but their flextime system should allow for a good work-life-balance. Some people working there are still going to university, which probably wouldn't even be possible if it was a fixed-hour schedule. There is no peer pressure to work more, at all. It's easy to take days off if you need to as well.
Interessante Aufgaben
You are able to pick your own tickets from a project's backlog in every single project, so you can pick the tasks that you can make work the best and work on them.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is a lot of packaging waste, mainly produced during lunch time.
