I like that at ecx.io, if there was a challenging situation my bosses would always try to find an optimal solution. I was never confronted with the fact that I had to do something that I didnt want to & always had support from management & colleagues if I needed it.

Its such an international company that race, sex, religion is never an issue. Actually everyone is so individual and focussed that it isnt a topic. Also if you want to excel in your career you are judged on your actual work achievements & contributions to the company.

Age is never an issue. I was over the average age and never felt that this was a disadvantage

The have their own academy and also offer to attend extra seminars, workshops etc. There is the space to do it. I was able to get certifications in my field.
