People often say “management is bad”. However, this is one of the rare cases where it genuinely applies. The company manages to set a new standard. After only a few weeks, you may find yourself missing your previous management, even if you thought they were bad at the time.
I seriously advise against accepting a position here. Unless you are desperate, you will likely regret it.
Promotions exist, because people quit quite often, but a promotion at Enpulsion is like moving closer to the captain’s deck while being handed a larger bucket for the same sinking ship.
Whatever you get when you enter is what you get. They fight really hard not to give a raise to anyone.
The team spirit among colleagues was actually decent, which is why I'm giving this category 3 stars, but only 3, because a significant part of that seemed to come from people bonding over shared frustration rather than from a genuinely positive company culture.

The company has a very efficient communication system: rumors travel quickly through the corridors. Unfortunately, official information often arrives much later, if at all.
The company deserves credit for having a workforce with a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds. Unfortunately, it often felt less like a deliberate diversity success story and more like a consequence of struggling to attract and retain local talent.

This depends on the position and person but overall I'd say it's definitely possible to have a good work life balance. You need good time management, prioritization and boundaries
Colleagues are the best part of this company and they stick together, lift and support each other
Leadership has come a long way, although there is still improvement to be done - I see them trying to change for the better!
There are some communication gaps between departments, however people are sharing knowledge when they can and are respectful

A large number of people in the company are not satisfied and are extremely frustrated with how the company is managed.
I felt like I had no life outside of work and getting to work. Because the office is at the airport, the only days I had any free time was when I was able to take home office, but you're only allowed one home office day a week even if you don't really need to be in the office.
There used to be a benefit for furthering eductation, but they took it away.
They do not pay employees enough for what they asks of their employees.
There is a lack of quality which leads to a lot of waste. There is not much awareness on how much environmental/social impact the company has.
It is hard to have team spirit when everyone lacks direction or drive to fix a struggling company that isn't willing to change.
Older colleagues do no seem to trust anyone who is younger
There are certain superiors who are extremely toxic to work with and have no empathy. They lack awareness of how their actions negatively impact a large portion of the company. The company is very authoritarian and only the people at the top can make any decision and it is often based solely on their own thoughts. Even if you show evidence to make an clear and easy decision, it will often be fought for days or weeks because there is no trust.
They do not provide any equipment for home office and decide to purchase the cheapest option for almost all software which has made everyones job even more difficult in an already stressful environment.
No one listens to each other and none of the relevant information is shared from the monthly leadership meetings
I have openly heard people using gender to discredit others.
No one is given enough time to come up with clear tasks or priorities, so everything has just become a mess of putting out fires. At this point there are more fires than there are capable people of putting out fires, so no one has time to work on what is interesting.
The company gives a lot of freedom to the employees to work their own schedule, and gives a lot of trust.
The communication from up to down is sometimes very confusing and changes direction maybe a bit too often.

Pretty much everything.
Replace your top leadership with people who don't see employees as lazy machines. Maybe try some empathy. Stop clinging to temporary solutions and fixes.
Everyone feels taken advantage of or hounded by the higher ups. Everything (especially in production) is held together with duct tape and a dream and the higher ups make no indication of wanting to change that. All they talk about is "the bigger picture" and "future endeavours" while it feels like everyday there are new (and predictable) fires to put out.
Even the employees think the company is a sad joke.
Absolutely nonexistent. There was a time I came in for overtime three weekends in a row, not so we could reach our goals, but to not fail them AS miserably. Coming in on weekends is basically expected of you and most employees have a ridiculous amount of overtime hours collected.
You only have a chance to rise in the ranks if you are willing to burn yourself out and are okay with developing an anxiety disorder.
Since production gets treated pretty horribly by higher ups we stick together like glue.
Usually the direct team leaders are great, but the ones at the top are actually horrible. I've seen them berate my team leader and even team member in a really inappropriate way in front of the entire team, even to the point of yelling at them. It got to the point where the one person holding the production team together got terribly burned out and quit. It only got worse after.
Also if you tell your employees that at company parties everyone is welcome, at least try to not exclude your production team.
Workplace is a wreck and the equipment breaks if you just look at it wrong. Some equipment is also really outdated.
Communication between departments is pretty horrible and if an emergency arises (which is basically everyday) you have to literally run and hunt down someone capable of fixing it. If you work in production you are lucky if you know about what the other department are up to at all. There are some kind of meetings every couple of weeks, but the shifts sometimes make it impossible to be there and I'm for sure not watching that in my free time.
We get the minimum for what they need to pay us for this job type. There's free coffee and apples. There were three benefits from which you can choose only one, but if you have to commute by car you basically have to pick cheaper parking. Which, also wild that it isn't even free parking.
That's the sad part, the work was hella interesting and fun. If leadership wasn't so incompetent I could have seen myself doing this for years.
The expectations and workload were ridiculous though. The impossible kind of ridiculous. Leadership gave you a goal, you gave them 16 reasons for why achieving it was literally impossible and they would interrupt you 17 times claiming you are giving them "excuses". Once the team inevitably doesn't reach the goal leadership throws a hissy fit accusing you to be lazy and unwilling to be efficient. Great way to motivate your team guys, good job.
There were also a ton of responsibilities that should not have been expected of us (especially for the pay we got), but were.
I enjoy my job and I love my colleagues... I think there are always opportunities to grow, but I see them trying to improve and be better for the employees

Like with every company, this can always be worked on - but not so bad
I am finding the company a decent, respectful and caring employer. There is a lot of built-in stress while innovating, constant change is inevitable, so, intensity while working in such an area is a given. Management is reasonable, respectful and tries to be in-tune with employees' needs. I feel supported and valued, both as an employee and as a human being.
Sometimes not enough trust that people can deliver results when given more autonomy.
