To me its really the culture which stands out the most. There is no blaming or unnecessary pressure. Its honestly a place you look forward to come back to after a vacation.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office in Vienna is very modern, lots of meeting rooms, a relaxation room, a big kitchen where everyone gathers together every day. Its a very honest and eye-level communication. There is LOTS of mutual trust.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working time with the option to work from home whenever you want is just making live so much easier. Its not that you need to ask if its allowed or not - everyone trusts that whatever you think makes more sense or is important for you at the moment is fine. As long as work gets done, you can decide how you do that.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are so many initiatives from different departments where they share knowledge with the company and the general mindset is very growth oriented. Its always appreciated and supported if you want to do trainings, or if you want to develop within the company in a different role.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The mindset is very sustainable. This is one of the many reasons I like this company so much.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The cultural fit it very important during the recruiting process and you can clearly feel that within the company. Its definitely a place with lots of highly qualified people. Not only professionally, but people are also emotional intelligent. No matter which department, you can always go to everybody with questions.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Having a lead which is highly competent (again, not only in a professional way, but also in a personal way) and knowing that whatever is on your mind, you can always be open about it is really helpful. But not only your personal lead is helpful - all leads of the company are approachable and very easy going.
Kommunikation
Having a quarterly meeting with the whole company and a Q&A session once a month with the CEO is really helpful to always understand the big picture. Also having weekly and or monthly meetings with your managers to discuss how you are and what tasks and challenges you have at the moment helps to stay on track and constantly learn and develop.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are pretty complex and change also from time to time. Its never getting boring and there is LOTS of room to pick up projects you are interested in. Its always highly appreciated to bring in new ideas.
