Sometimes changes happen suddenly and without explanation. Maybe there is a valid reason for them, maybe not. But often they just create confusion until clarified.

Keep in mind that different departments see things differently. One solution for all is not probably going to work in most cases. Try to resolve issues for them individually.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working as a developer is often quite relaxing. Sure there is sometimes a feature pressure, especially if you are in a senior position, but in most days its really nice and enjoyable.
Work-Life-Balance
Having 3 days of office and 2 of home office is in my opinion a nice balance. Though I enjoy my home office days I am also happy to see my colleges on the office days.
As long as there are no fixed office days I am happy. Usually teams are allowed to decide how they handle their days.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You are presented with a lot of options for further education. If you are interested in something (e.g. seminar, workshop) usually all you have to do is ask for it.
Progressing in your career is a bit different story. As a developer once you reach senior position there is not much happening. Usually you move on to a leadership role which I personally do not like as you being a good developer does not mean you will be a good leader. More technical roles for seniors would be needed.
Gehalt/Benefits
This is where it gets tricky. Sure you can progress and get a better salary/benefits, but it really takes some time and a lot of discussions. There is room for improvement.

All good.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This depends on the team I would assume, but I personally had no issues at all.

Majority is super friendly and helpful. No big issues here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As I mentioned above in my case is is really good. With some other superiors in the past I was not that lucky. It really depends on the person.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You get all you need when ever you need it.
Kommunikation
In my opinion it is really good, but I must say it depends on your direct superior. I am lucky to have a really engaging line manager and get all necessary info on time. Company is currently actively working on improving communication.
If you are like me and your German skills are not the best you should still be fine in most cases. All of the features you would get in touch as a developer would be in English and all of the communication between the teams is done in English as well. So no issues there.
Some more company wide announcements/meetings could be in German, but you are usually able to get any info in English if you reach out.
Gleichberechtigung
I did not notice any issues.
Interessante Aufgaben
Day to day work is really interesting. Tasks you get are not repetitive and quite engaging.
