Arbeitsatmosphäre
General atmosphere at work is really relaxed and work oriented. Management tries to provide employees with optimal conditions for work and fun. Yes fun! As our management understand necessity of regular work breaks in order to relax brain and stimulate creativity. And we talk a lot, about everything, and all are encouraged to give feedback and critic in order to optimise all company processes.
Kommunikation
Communication about Company goals and current status are very well communicated. We are all at regular basis talking with Management and they update us on all relevant information. At the beginning of each month there is "All-hands" meeting where last month achievement, successes and struggles are communicated. Absolute flat hierarchy enables every employee to give feedback to any management department if one has something to state.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Work with colleagues at eversport is very pleasant. It feels like one is never lived university, like we all are on some team semester project that we all do with fun and full engagement in order to achieve best possible results.
Work-Life-Balance
I can not imagine better as in Eversports. We have flexible work hours (you can start whenever you will, of course check yours meetings schedule :). One can take holiday whenever one needs. And if one needs to do some personal administrative (or family) tasks just notify your manager that you have to come really really late so than nobody have to worry if something happened to you, or that you have to skip job tomorrow and do it e.g on Saturday. Really people oriented company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
All managers are approachable and very correct, even more, they set example in almost all areas of work and indeed lead by example.
Interessante Aufgaben
As eversports develop solution for fairly new markt (sports management) tasks are very interesting and various. One can (and it is asked) to do prefered job in order to maximise performance .
Gleichberechtigung
Girls are ruling at eversports :D And they rules! :D

We all love our company, and in private communications used tone and language is always positive. Of course we are not afraid to give open critic to one another or to management if necessary to align some things, only so can we advance.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Education budget could be bigger, but we expect some advance on this field in short time.
