Training budgets, and cumulitive of practice meetings happen monthly - where colleages share any new findings in the month. If you are a junior developer, there are also planned paths for getting started. Sometimes there are too many business tasks for training time, but this is normal. Fusonic also organizes yearly hackatons, where you can try any technologies you want for 2 days (and try to come up with a working prototype).
