hard facts are not important, only the gut feeling of the management

They hire skilled people, they should let them do their job. One of the management bullies others into thinking their way, thus the company never moves forward.

The company has great benefits such as a relaxed working atmosphere in the marketing/sales dept and the free lunch and drinks is very nice. the problem comes from the communication (or lack of).
