No strategy and no culture
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Disrespect the law (Kurzarbeit overtime situation). Managers don't look at the needs of their people.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Look at the people working with you. They are your most important asset. But you see them as workforce rather than people therefore they won't stay long nor perform very well.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Quite impersonal. Feels like a 0815 job. Nothing more nothing less.
Kommunikation
There are mails and talk. But they prove useless.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the smallest teams it's working fine. But on a company level the left hand doesn't know what the right one does.
Work-Life-Balance
Not terrible but overtime is expected and seen as default. No gratitude whatsoever.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again, not terrible. Some better then others. But overall just trying to push the upper management's agenda and definitely not very good with people-management.
Interessante Aufgaben
Most tasks are indeed interesting. If Corona or other priorities are not canceling the fun out of it.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nothing special but they are fine enough.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not bad but taking in the amount of stress and overtime work makes the salary less interesting. Especially while company regards overtime as a necessity (even when in Kurzarbeit where overtime is forbidden, and employees should explicitly not tell anybody they are working more than agreed even though the company requests it nonetheless (implicit)).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are opportunities to climb the ladder but there is for sure no education going on. Heard of no one actually going for any training or something similar.
