Over the last years, the Public Affairs team has been focusing on the implementation of end to end digital Tax Free Shopping schemes. During these years, we have provided advice, technology and infrastructure to Governments in more than 15 countries.
Global Blue’s Public Affairs team also works closely with Governments to introduce Tax Free Shopping in countries were the scheme is not currently available. The team has supported and advised tenth of Governments across the Globe in their efforts to implement a tourist refund scheme.
