Leider keine vertraulichen Ansprechpersonen die sich um die Bedürfnisse und Beschwerden der Mitarbeiter kümmern.

Man wird oberflächlich informiert. Wenn es sehr gut läuft soll man viel arbeiten, wenn es sehr schlecht läuft werden Stunden gekürzt oder Mitarbeiter stempeln geschickt.

In den Abteilungen herrscht meist ein guter Zusammenhalt.....Abteilungsübergreifend leider nicht. Eine "Lästerkultur" ist vorhanden, hält sich aber in Grenzen.

Bei viel Arbeit muss viel gearbeitet werden. Bei wichtigen Terminen wird aber meist Rücksicht genommen. Urlaub ist ziemlich unflexibel da viel Betriebsurlaub.

Wenig Möglichkeiten sich weiter zu entwickeln. Weiterentwicklung wird nicht gefördert. Man muss sich vieles selber aneignen hatt aber nicht wirklich was davon wenn man viel kann.
