Suggestions for improvement

Mehr auf seine Mitarbeiter eingehen. Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ernst nehmen und auch mal den Mut haben Maßnahmen umzusetzen. Ein Arbeitsmodell erschaffen welches einen ganzjährigen Arbeitsplatz schafft....nicht jeden Auftragsrückgang auf den Mitarbeitern abladen. Langjährige Mitarbeiter fördern.
