Open atmosphere leads to lots of teams doing the same task including building infrastructure and processes while all of those would already be present in the company.

Consolidate focus on topic like AI or data driven decision structures instead of opening 55 teams doing neither nor.

Not their strong point. Basically every decision is based on „because we said so“

Really depends on who your manager is. Experienced 1 to 5 stars.

Interessante Aufgaben

Also very depending were you are at. Definitely has the experience where lack of knowledge in management led to missing out on interesting task and topics. Also participation in projects is often based on rank rather than expertise

They tried. Udemy is a nice touch but also should be standard anyway. In my areas there was absolutely no focus on career advancement or building towards that.
