There is a good atmosphere in the company overall. Good working colleagues and office air conditioning are bonus points. I applied for an inhouse technician position. Kununu apparently doesnt let me mention specific names but the young HR person I worked with during the hiring process was great. The recruitment process with her was a breeze.

Die interne Kommunikation ist katastrophal, wichtige Informationen werden nicht geteilt, und wer versucht, Transparenz zu schaffen, wird eher negativ wahrgenommen. Es herrscht eine passiv-aggressive Stimmung mit vielen unterschwelligen Machtspielchen, vor allem von männlicher Seite.
Projekte kommen oft nicht voran, weil sich niemand wirklich verantwortlich fühlt.
Besonders problematisch ist der Head of Marketing: Neben seinem misogynen Verhalten, war er auch fachlich eher kontraproduktiv. Er hat sich geweigert, firmenübliche Prozesse und agile Arbeitsweisen zu übernehmen, wollte Standard Tools wie Jira nicht nutzen ...
Shady mid-level management, in general it really depends in which team you`re ending up, it`s literally like "gambling". The people in my team were constantly mocking (sometimes in an offensive way) ex-colleagues and the previous management, but there are even good teams with valid team leaders.
If you like to be micromanaged, this is definitely the place to be.

Hätte ich nicht mehrfach darauf aufmerksam gemacht, hätte man auf meine letzte Gehaltsauszahlung "vergessen". Dabei wollte sich das Unternehmen erst auch noch mit ominösen "Änderungen" herausreden, bevor man den Fehler schliesslich zugab. Erscheint mir sehr unseriös seitens der HR Abteilung.
The management sometimes doesn't listen to the employees, they only care about achieving goals, even if the goals don't make sense or are executed very poorly
Ich habe das Gefühl, dass das Unternehmen eher traditionell ausgerichtet ist, mit klaren Hierarchien und konservativeren Strukturen, etwa ohne Home Office. Der Fokus liegt stark auf Leistung und Zahlen, weshalb meine Ideen vermutlich nicht ganz zur bestehenden Unternehmenskultur passen.
Mehr Klarheit bei größeren Entscheidungen. Verbesserung der Kommunikation von oben nach unten.

- Fire the upper management that is clearly not bringing any value to the company (in the yearly assignments, we clearly voice our opinions and needs, which are never heard)
- Stop working people to the bone, and then act like it's the most normal thing
- It's an iGaming company, but the budget is so tight you can't even dream of workshops, conferences, etc.

Sehr gut. Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig und zieht an einem Strang.
Es gibt wirklich viele tolle Menschen bei Greentube, und der Zusammenhalt war grundsätzlich super. Allerdings haben sich mit der Zeit auch Grüppchen gebildet, die teilweise gegeneinander gearbeitet haben, was natürlich total kontraproduktiv war. Leider haben die Vorgesetzten diesen Konflikt nie wirklich lösen können oder wollen.
Auf derselben Ebene ist der Zusammenhalt unglaublich gut und für mich der Grund, warum ich noch in der Firma bin. Viele liebe Menschen, die einander helfen und einen wirklich als Menschen sehen.

Ganz schlimm, man erfährt grundsätzlich kaum etwas, und wenn man versucht, etwas Transparenz zu schaffen oder die Stimme der Abteilung zu sein, wird das eher negativ ausgelegt. Unsere Praktikantin wusste bis zu ihrem letzten Arbeitstag nicht, ob sie übernommen wird oder nicht, obwohl sie mehrfach betont hat, dass sie das frühzeitig wissen muss, um ihre Wohnung zu behalten. Am Ende hat sie sie tatsächlich verloren, Greentube war das völlig egal.

For the "Come back to office for 60% of the time change" there was an email sent with a link to an internal announcement and FAQs where you could comment without naming a real reason for the change, to be honest, chat-gpt would write similar reasons.
One employee started a voting where ~ 300 people voted against the change and the company did nothing about it.
One week later the COO of the company held ...

Instead of creating all initiatives for progression, training, learning etc for the whole company, they just do it for small parts so there is no equality in opportunities, you can't even give feedback about your supervisor if you are not in some parts of ...
