There is a good atmosphere in the company overall. Good working colleagues and office air conditioning are bonus points. I applied for an inhouse technician position. Kununu apparently doesnt let me mention specific names but the young HR person I worked with during the hiring process was great. The recruitment process with her was a breeze.
Equipment I got for technical issues was top notch.

Die interne Kommunikation ist katastrophal, wichtige Informationen werden nicht geteilt, und wer versucht, Transparenz zu schaffen, wird eher negativ wahrgenommen. Es herrscht eine passiv-aggressive Stimmung mit vielen unterschwelligen Machtspielchen, vor allem von männlicher Seite.
Projekte kommen oft nicht voran, weil sich niemand wirklich verantwortlich fühlt.
Besonders problematisch ist der Head of Marketing: Neben seinem misogynen Verhalten, war er auch fachlich eher kontraproduktiv. Er hat sich geweigert, firmenübliche Prozesse und agile Arbeitsweisen zu übernehmen, wollte Standard Tools wie Jira nicht nutzen ...
Open atmosphere leads to lots of teams doing the same task including building infrastructure and processes while all of those would already be present in the company.
Shady mid-level management, in general it really depends in which team you`re ending up, it`s literally like "gambling". The people in my team were constantly mocking (sometimes in an offensive way) ex-colleagues and the previous management, but there are even good teams with valid team leaders.
If you like to be micromanaged, this is definitely the place to be.
Don`t fall for the propaganda of "1% top employer of Austria" as it doesn`t mean absolutely nothing and everything really depends ...

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass das Unternehmen eher traditionell ausgerichtet ist, mit klaren Hierarchien und konservativeren Strukturen, etwa ohne Home Office. Der Fokus liegt stark auf Leistung und Zahlen, weshalb meine Ideen vermutlich nicht ganz zur bestehenden Unternehmenskultur passen.
Mehr Transparenz bei strategischen Entscheidungen, mehr Frauen in der oberen Führungsebene sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung von Führungskompetenzen.

Listen to your employees, think about the criticism. With so many people speaking up, maybe there's a problem that needs to be solved - and I don't just mean the Novo people.
While onboarding is (or at least was a dream), offboarding is non-existent - I got not offered any off boarding meetings with neither HR nor my manager.
HR could perhaps avoid many harsh reviews here on kununu if they had an improved off boarding procedure.

Sehr guter Zusammenhalt, hilfsbereit und teamorientiert
Es gibt wirklich viele tolle Menschen bei Greentube, und der Zusammenhalt war grundsätzlich super. Allerdings haben sich mit der Zeit auch Grüppchen gebildet, die teilweise gegeneinander gearbeitet haben, was natürlich total kontraproduktiv war. Leider haben die Vorgesetzten diesen Konflikt nie wirklich lösen können oder wollen.

Der am schlechtesten bewertete Faktor von Greentube ist Kommunikation mit 3,4 Punkten (basierend auf 48 Bewertungen).
Ganz schlimm, man erfährt grundsätzlich kaum etwas, und wenn man versucht, etwas Transparenz zu schaffen oder die Stimme der Abteilung zu sein, wird das eher negativ ausgelegt. Unsere Praktikantin wusste bis zu ihrem letzten Arbeitstag nicht, ob sie übernommen wird oder nicht, obwohl sie mehrfach betont hat, dass sie das frühzeitig wissen muss, um ihre Wohnung zu behalten. Am Ende hat sie sie tatsächlich verloren, Greentube war das völlig egal.
Not their strong point. Basically every decision is based on „because we said so“
Subpar Communication. Things are communicated in the most bare-bones way - people are then not available for clarifications on high-impact changes. Sometimes changes such as the RTO Policy and new HO Policy is communicated only days in advance before they hit - or communicated so ahead of the time that nobody can tell you what the change will entail.
The Vision at least in the Software Departments does not extend beyond "make all the money" - while higher ups constantly ...
Die Kommunikation war nie die beste, aber rund um die neue Return To Office Policy war und ist sie so gut wie nicht mehr vorhanden. Auch in der eigenen Abteilung ist die Kommunikation schlecht. Dieselbe Geschichte wird der einen Person so erzählt, eine andere Person bekommt eine andere Version. Vieles muss man mehrmals anfragen bzw. darauf bestehen, dass es in die Wege geleitet wird. Sonst passiert nichts. Das erzeugt sehr viel Stress.

They tried. Udemy is a nice touch but also should be standard anyway. In my areas there was absolutely no focus on career advancement or building towards that.
There are excellent training opportunities available. Most departments also have defined career development steps.
