Sometimes the communication between the shops and office (hr) stagnates, or is unclear. Hr need to listen to the shops more.
Hire more people
During rush it’s harder to communicate, but during evenings, before closing time, we have some space to talk and laugh together, which is very nice
Yes and no. The stress makes people complain a lot, but in the end, after a deeper talk it always ends with “I wouldn’t go anywhere else, where they can pay me this good?”
It’s hard with especially early shifts, waking up at 3:45 leaves you tired for the rest of the day, but I was able to balance it with school, social life and another part time job
You can definitely do a carrier here, but only if you want to really dedicate yourself to this work. I can not personally imagine staying here after my studies, but if this is job for you, than definitely
The salary is always on time and with the weekend holiday bonuses is a fair amount for the workload
Everyone is always helpful and supportive, we are not only colleagues but good friends
It gets more physically and mentally demanding on the older generation, since the working hours are harsh, and the environment is sometimes very draining, but I value them very much, since they can bring an another perspective and usually solve the problem with colder head, calmly and with more experience
Sometimes the supervisor are stressed because of the incredible amounts of people that cone to our shop, and it shows, but they are also only just human and I believe everyone is doing their best
The environment is clean and nice, we get provided with fruit and coffee
Even though sometimes is hard to communicate in the rush, I always feel heard
We are a team of very diverse people of different backgrounds and I never noticed any inequality
The work is very repetitive and there is not much space for creativity or interesting tasks
