Thank you for your positive review. Considering your comment about internal processes - we agree sometimes they tend to be slower than they actual should be. But we are aware: Speed is crucial and so is agility in internal processes important for us, especially to increase customer engagement, enhance product differentiation and support sustainable growth. That is why we have started to work with agile cross-functional project settings. However, we are confident that with the agile concepts mixed with the Hilti culture we will achieve great results in the future.
