it is a bit hard to find time in our busy work / normal work to also work on your education, to learn more.. I have to specifically make time to read an article on the newest topic, to listen to a podcast or watch a video

communication is always challenging especially with a diverse group of people, a remote/office/hybrid work environment.. but overall I think we use our tool teamkit so much for communication (some might say too much :D) and face-to-face communication is also really great

my days are never the same, there is always new stuff to learn and get into interesting topics
