Overall — not a good experience and should have checked the reviews here before starting…
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not a motivating atmosphere. No team work, as other reviews here said: meetings that lead to nothing. False Information given from the beginning, figuring out my tasks by myself from the first day.
Kommunikation
That was the worst. Everything that was communicated was forgotten or ignored or not taken seriously. Basically I needed to do all by myself. Also I didn’t get why was it so hard to apply for a vacation? And its not like I felt I was needed in the office. Writing emails 2-3 times without a response, talking in person and getting no clear answer, why should such a simple thing be so complicated? Of course people need to discuss their vacation so it is fine for everybody from the beginning. As sooner this is discussed, less trouble for everyone. Everybody has families and things to do outside of a job. But here it was just ignoring people personal life. Nobody even had a clear view about Christmas days and holidays.
And somehow, other employee’s vacations were somehow prioritized.

As I said, no team-work. I never knew what other colleagues are doing and mostly nobody was also open to it.

Everything is a “spoken” deal, that’s why, i recommend you better check your contracts and what you sign (or not sign), what you have or don’t have on paper.
