Nothing
I mentioned above.
The need new management, a moral compass and humane approach. Treating people like chess pieces will get them nowhere
Its too stressful
It’s not very popular online as you can’t also discuss what you do for a living.
We had mandatory 8 days per month in the office but it was changed to 12, even though the work gets done also from home.
Near impossible to climb up the career ladder.
No social benefits and the salary is average, a waiter makes more.
No comment here, commuting is polluting so I do not have anything further to say.
No such thing there
We had a few. No problem with them.
Absolutely inadequate. Most of them do not even know how they landed this position.
They cut the Klima tickets off and they’re not paying for commuting, but going to the office is mandatory. It doesn’t make sense.
I am careful what I talk with my colleagues as every single one of them reports to management. It’s a gossip hive there.
The treat everyone equally bad.
Leaving the office. The only interesting task.
Arbeitsklima, zahlreiche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, flexibles Home-Office

Bessere Kommunkation zwischen Abteilungen
Team-colleagues are great.
Upper-management hardly knows what they are doing and favors micromanaging over actual management tasks.
Get management that actually listens to their employees expertise and knowledge.
Team-colleagues are great, but boss is condescending and disregards his employees expertise.
Operates online casinos...
Management blocks training because it costs money and takes time.
Micromanaging and condescending boss that constantly disregards his employees expertise, while ignoring the tasks he actually should take care of.
Communication between departments is basically nonexistent.
Salary is good.
Some of the colleagues. They were amazing and I hope one day I work once more with them. Just in another company
The business, the payment and the daily tasks.
Depends very much on the department where you work. The are nice ones and quite bad ones. I guess like all companies
At the end of the day is gambling
Mostly really good, with this the company is quite chilled
If you have a nice leader you can always request courses but once more It very much depends on which department you are. There is no a clear development program for workers.
Once more depending on the departmen
They used to be very good but they are getting worst and worst with the new management
In all my years there I never got any really feedback or 1to1 time with any of my leaders
Payment is quite bad. They will keep saying you is very good cause they over the KV but actually all companies in Austria do it.
If you are connected to the right people in managent you would get everything otherwise forget about it
The work is quite boring and you never get any input about how the company is performing
I loved the sports-themed product and really enjoyed the way people are treated there. You can't really ask for more than I got and, who knows, I might want to go back at some point.
The lack of communication among different departments. You always have to push for things to happen.
Modernes Unternehmen mit vielen jungen Leuten
Kein so hohes Gehalt und keine bezahlten Überstunden
Höhere Gehälter für den Mitarbeiter
Opportunities to grow with the company, external courses, internal courses, trips to conferences, etc.
The salaries in certain departments are great and negotiable whereas in the others are not.
The only thing the company should perhaps change would be the recruiting policy for the support center as they hire too many people educated at the MA level who have lots of ambition and a lack of patience.
I am working in a small but cheerful team
The 2-star image comes from the customer support employees who are all there temporarily as they all want to make progress internally. However, the company cannot offer internal promotions weekly and such colleagues are causing fires in the probably biggest department by speaking poorly of the company. Again, it is much better than the image might imply and such behavior should not be taken lightly by the team leader and the rest of the management. A change of the recruiting strategy might be needed.
It depends on the position, but some people, especially the customer support, work weekends as well and the schedule is oftentimes fixed so that you cannot negotiate your days off
Employees can learn a lot if they want to as there are enough chances given to everyone.
Taking into account companies active in the same branch, ITSP pays beginners very well and their support is much appreciated.
The company has a decent environmental consciousness but colleagues should be a bit more responsible in the kitchen area but this says more about colleagues.
Lots of hypocrisy among the colleagues as the company offers opportunities to grow internally - therefore, people sometimes try to hard to prove themselves and forget about the team-player role
The colleagues who work here for a long time are appreciated and enjoy some real comfort.
Team leaders, again - depending on the department, are OK, but can become grumpy if you show potential... So, pay attention to how you behave.
This is an area I would improve significantly because half of the employees work in an old-fashioned environment equipped with what I would label as semi-professional hardware and software. Some of the offices definitely need to be refurnished.
The internal communication should be much more direct - e.g. many colleagues are not even approachable and since the company has several locations, it is sometimes hard to get a reply you urgently need
Being a foreigner in this company has never felt that bad except for having lower salaries than the Austrian people working here. Also, people claiming that behaving instead of performing is the path to progress here - these are not honest or not able to take a look in the mirror. Sometimes connections play a huge role, but sometimes it is all down to great work and performing well. I guess this is similar to any other company out there.
Most of the employers do not have the chance to express their creativity because much of the work is repetitive. However, if you have a really great idea and you want to share it, team leaders are sometimes open enough to support you and help develop it (except for when this idea puts them under pressure).
Home Office möglich, Weiterbildung möglich
Wenig Forderungen, schlechte Kommunikation intern
Mehr in Mitarbeiter investieren, Weiterbildungen fördern, mehr deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter einstellen
Super
Offering jobs to foreign expats in Austria with diverse backgrounds.
Low changes in the process, high volume on Customer service centre, interpersonal relationships, promoting based on behaviour rather on performance.
Revaluation of the hiring process ( very high turn over), problems in the supply of employees ( understaffed often ) , low involvement of HR in fundamental HR functions.
